Cancellation, Return & Refund:

When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by a Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of Order will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of
    placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have
    been processed and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that are under promotional Schemes.
    These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department
    does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected
    by you. 
  • We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product due to any of the
    below reasons:
    • Technical issues related to pricing information.
    • Non-availability of the product(s).
    • Payment problem identified by Fraud Detection Department.
    • Cancellation due to aforesaid reasons shall be regardless of whether the order has been
      confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and you
      shall be informed about the same. It shall take 30 working days to refund the amount into
      your account.

Product Return Policy:

  • WWW.CSOMABHAITEA.COM, owned by Somabha Tea Processors Pvt. Ltd. (STPL), offers easy
    replacement for all products sold from the above website under certain conditions which are
    mentioned below.                    
  • We will accept the return of the products, if wrong products delivered wrongly. In such case
    products must be returned in their original condition. Buyer needs to inform us of any of such
    wrong delivery within 48 hours from the receipt date.                       
  • If the product damaged during transit, subject to the condition that we are informed about
    such discrepancies within 48 hours from the receipt date.
  • We can ask you to submit photos of the product and its packaging material which is
    damaged during transit.
  • Once we agree to replace the product with any of the above reasons, we will replace it with
    brand new product of the same value with no extra cost.
  • If the buyer is not informing us about the replacement or return of the product within the
    stipulated time, we reserve the right to accept or reject such request.
  • In case, if the same product is out of stock or discontinued, company reserves the right to
    offer an alternative product OR offer store credit.
  • The Return or Replacement guarantee is valid only in case of manufacturing defects of
    transport damage.
  • Damage due to product mishandling by customer or normal wear & tear are not returnable.

Refund Policy:

  • When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by a Refund Policy, given the Order
    is still not processed.

  • To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours of your
    purchase. Please include your order number

  • Refunds are not being provided if the Orders are already dispatched.

  • The Refunds take minimum of 20 working days as per the Bank Systems and the Payment
    Gateway.
